About The Position

As a Goodcents Team Member, you will prepare and serve fresh food, assist customers, and support smooth day-to-day restaurant operations. You will contribute to a positive work environment and help ensure customer satisfaction, including during busy service periods.

Requirements

Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Basic math skills for accurately handling cash and credit card transactions.
Dependability and reliable attendance.
Flexible schedule, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in food service, retail, or customer service; experience is beneficial but not required.
Understanding of food safety practices and kitchen hygiene.

Responsibilities

Greet and engage customers, providing information about menu items and specials.
Prepare and serve fresh food according to Goodcents’ recipes and food safety guidelines.
Accurately take customer orders and process payments using point-of-sale systems.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in kitchen and dining areas in compliance with health and safety standards.
Collaborate with team members to support fast-paced service and customer satisfaction.
Monitor inventory and assist with restocking supplies.
Follow company policies and procedures to contribute to a positive work environment.
