Restaurant Team Member (Cook, Prep, Cashier/Bartender, Utility Positions)

Restaurant Team Members are cross-trained to support multiple areas of restaurant operations. Every Team Member has opportunities to learn new skills while working together to deliver exceptional food, service, and hospitality. Depending on training, certifications, scheduling, and business needs, Team Members may work in a variety of positions, including: Cashier, Bartender (RBS certification required), Cook, Prep Cook, Utility / Food Runner. Team Members may also work shifts at either of our Bambuza restaurants within Sacramento International Airport.
Requirements
- Ability to obtain and maintain a California Food Handler Card.
- Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification before performing bartender duties.
- Ability to successfully complete the airport badging process and required background check.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests with friendly, genuine hospitality.
- Taking food and beverage orders and processing payments.
- Preparing fresh food according to company recipes and quality standards.
- Preparing and serving alcoholic beverages (when assigned and certified).
- Running food and supporting dining room service.
- Washing dishes and maintaining a clean, organized restaurant.
- Receiving deliveries, stocking supplies, and maintaining inventory.
- Following food safety, sanitation, and airport security requirements.
- Working as part of a team to deliver an outstanding guest experience.
