About The Position

Jersey Mike’s Subs in Lino Lakes is looking for dependable, energetic Restaurant Team Members age 18+ to join our team. No restaurant experience is required. We provide paid training and will teach you everything you need to succeed. Unlike many restaurants, we close at 9:00 p.m., so most closing shifts are finished by approximately 9:30 p.m. We are looking for people who take ownership, support their teammates, and can be counted on when things get busy.

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older
Dependable and have excellent attendance
Friendly, positive, and customer-focused
Works well as part of a team
Can stay productive in a fast-paced environment
Willing to learn and accept coaching
Willing to learn every area of restaurant operations
Takes pride in keeping things clean and organized
Can provide dependable availability based on the needs of the restaurant
Interested in learning, growing, and taking on additional responsibility

Responsibilities

Provide friendly, genuine customer service
Prepare and serve fresh food to Jersey Mike’s quality standards
Learn our signature fresh-sliced service
Cross-train on the slicer, grill, front line, register, food prep, and digital orders
Complete food preparation and stocking responsibilities
Keep the restaurant clean, organized, and welcoming
Complete cleaning and closing responsibilities
Follow food safety and sanitation standards
Work together with your teammates during busy lunch, dinner, and weekend rushes

Benefits

Approximately $18.50–$19.75/hour in total earnings when average tips are included
