About The Position

Wendy's is looking for individuals with a "rise-and-shine" attitude to join their team for the launch of breakfast. Crew members will be trained to work various positions including breakfast items, runner/line coordinator, order taker/dining room, grill, fries/nuggets, sandwiches, drinks, and register/drive-thru. Additional responsibilities include opening, pre-closing, and closing duties such as salad preparation, product pulling, cleaning, sanitizing, trash removal, stocking, grill cleaning, vacuuming, and dishwashing.

Requirements

• At least 16 years of age
• Willing to work long periods of standing without a break
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to lift, carry and/or push up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Work a variety of positions including breakfast items, runner/line coordinator, order taker/dining room, grill, fries/nuggets, sandwiches, drinks, and register/drive-thru.
• Perform opening responsibilities such as salad preparation, pulling product from the freezer, cleaning and sanitizing, and emptying trash.
• Perform pre-closing responsibilities such as cleaning and stocking.
• Perform closing responsibilities such as cleaning the grill, vacuuming, and washing dishes.
