About The Position

Naked Farmer is a farm-to-table restaurant group focused on serving seasonal vegetables and offering simple, healthy, and affordable meals. We are looking for friendly, energetic, and highly motivated individuals to join our team. As a Restaurant Team Member in our scratch-based kitchen, you will be an ambassador of our locally sourced, made-from-scratch ethos. Your role is crucial in providing an excellent guest experience by serving and discussing our seasonal menus with passion, ensuring consistency, precision, and a sense of urgency. You will be a proactive contributor, eager to enhance operations, enlighten guests, and handle issues with genuine hospitality. We are cultivating the next generation of hospitality talent and offer opportunities for ongoing education, flavor discovery, and culinary excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Articulate the narrative of our current menu, highlighting the seasonality and origin of ingredients, while delivering meals that delight our guests.
  • Expand culinary horizons by learning about regional produce and preparation methods from skilled chefs.
  • Deliver exceptional hospitality that makes each guest feel valued, ensuring meticulous attention to dining spaces, to-go orders, and the coordination of deliveries.
  • Engage with diners proactively, anticipating their needs and making their visit memorable.
  • Serve as a passionate storyteller for our seasonal selections, the local farms, and the farmers we partner with.
  • Efficiently manage a variety of tasks and remain active in the kitchen for prolonged periods.
  • Uphold the rigorous food safety standards of both the health department and Naked Farmer.
  • Contribute to a grander vision of a sustainable food system.
