About The Position
Restaurant Team Members help deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. They provide efficient and friendly service, maintain a clean and sanitized work area, process payments accurately, and ensure high-quality food service. No prior experience is required; training is provided. Team members may also cross-train in other departments, including Store Cashier, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles.
Requirements
- Ability to move and lift more than 25 pounds.
- Ability to work in various temperatures.
Responsibilities
- Take customer food orders, answer questions about menu offerings, and address customer needs.
- Balance a cash register and offer additional sales opportunities to customers.
- Prepare customer orders safely and accurately at kitchen stations such as the sandwich line, fry station, or grill station, depending on the restaurant concept.
- Use methods and technologies to maintain proper food safety conditions and provide fresh, safe products.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work area.
- Potentially cross-train in Store Cashier, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles.
