About The Position

PINSTACK features a full-service restaurant, two bars, a year-round patio and lane-side dining. Friendly, attentive, helpful waitstaff ensure our guests have a wonderful dining experience. You can be part of the Restaurant team in a variety of positions: SERVER, BARTENDER, HOST, and FOOD RUNNER.

Requirements

Must be at least 16 years old to host or food run
Must be at least 18 years old to serve or bartend
Food Handler certifications required for all positions
TABC certification required to serve or bartend

Responsibilities

Attend to guests needs according to company service standards.
Prepare and serve craft cocktails, a wide selection of draft beers and wine and a premium liquor selection.
Serve food to guests dining in the restaurant and on the bowling lanes.
Greet guests as they arrive and provide information and assistance.
Act as a concierge, answer guest questions and help navigate them through the venue.
Ensure guests are seated promptly and receive great service.
Anticipate and address guest needs and make sure every meal is perfect.
Create an engaging and entertaining dining experience for our guests.
