Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age
• Reliable transportation
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• Authorized to work in the United States

• Ability to work in hot/cold environments.

Responsibilities

• Delight guests with the right attitude, personality, and desire.
• Perform basic job duties with reasonable or no accommodations.
• Stand up to 12 hours.
• Move about the restaurant to access dining room, prep area, restrooms, and dumpster area.
• Handle or feel operate, activate, use, prepare, inspect, place, detect, position items.
• Use a register, slicer, knives, scissors, other machinery, and a computer.
• Ascend/descend a step ladder to reach product on top shelves.
• Position self to maintain cleanliness of restaurant, including under tables and prep areas, and to retrieve product.
• Communicate with fellow employees or guests and exchange accurate information.
• Read monitors, menus, and learning systems.
• Frequently move product, dishes, boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Work in environments with low temperatures (walk-in freezer and cooler) and high heat (walk-in oven, wall mounted ovens).
