About The Position

Gellert Hospitality Group, a Five Guys franchisee, is seeking exceptional talent to join their team. This role involves working closely with the Restaurant Manager and other Team Members in a creative, supportive, fun, fast-paced environment, rich with teamwork and positivity. Previous food handling experience is not required. The starting rate includes a base rate of $15.00/hour ($14/hour for minors), plus $3.00/hour in tips and a $1.00/hour bonus, totaling $18.00 - $19.00/hour. Initially, new hires can expect 30 hours per week, increasing to up to 40 hours per week after training. Shifts can be 10 or 8 hours long and may include day shifts, night shifts, holidays, and weekends.
