Requirements

  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions
  • Must be friendly, dependable, and able to work in a team environment
  • Can handle cash transactions and make accurate change
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift to 30 pounds
  • Must be able to work in various temperature environments (hot kitchen areas, coolers, etc.)
  • Maintain a neat and professional appearance
  • Must be 18+ years old to work 1st and 2nd shift
  • Minimum of 21 years old to work 3rd shift

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in food service or customer service is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
  • Accurately take orders and operate the POS system
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards
  • Assemble orders for dine-in or takeout
  • Maintain clean and organized dining, kitchen, and service areas
  • Assist with food prep and basic cooking tasks
  • Receive and process payments quickly and accurately
  • Support upselling and suggestive selling to enhance the customer experience
  • Follow all safety, sanitation, and company procedures
  • Other duties as assigned by management

  • Employees that are with us for 6 months to 3 years = 0.10 cents off a gallon of fuel
  • Employees that are with us for 3 years to 5 years = 0.30 cents off a gallon of fuel
  • Employees that have been with us for 5+ years = 0.40 cents off a gallon of fuel
  • MAXIMUM 20 GALLONS AND 2 FILL UPS PER WEEK
