About The Position

The Restaurant Team Member position at Store 2727058Q, located at 4048 Charleston Hwy, West Columbia, South Carolina 29172, is a part-time role requiring evening and weekend availability. This position is responsible for providing excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner, maintaining a clean restaurant environment, preparing and serving food items in accordance with regulations, ensuring product quality and food safety, and managing accurate cash, sales, and inventory records. The role also involves following all government laws and safety codes, completing incident reports promptly, and embodying the company values of One Team, Do the Right Thing, Takes Ownership, and Play to Win. • Reach, grasp, and manipulate objects with hands for entire shift, including reaching for objects overhead
• Push, pull, lift, and carry up to 10 lbs. frequently and up to 50+ lb. occasionally, including lifting from ground to overhead

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner
• Maintains a clean restaurant environment by cleaning and performing general housekeeping duties
• Prepares and serves food items in accordance with all Brand, Company, and health department regulations
• Ensures product quality, food safety, and operational standards are met
• Keeps accurate cash, sales, and inventory control records
• Follows all government laws and safety codes
• Completes reports on all incidents following our 5-minute rule policy
