About The Position

As a Restaurant Team Member, you help create the Whataburger guest experience by taking orders, preparing fresh food, and keeping the restaurant clean. You deliver quality and accuracy, provide friendly hospitality, support your teammates, and learn new skills with opportunities to grow into roles such as Shift Leader, Restaurant Manager, and Operating Partner. The role is based in your home restaurant, where you will spend most of your time supporting daily operations with your team. You may occasionally be asked to assist at neighboring locations. The listed location is 2733 State Hwy 36, Gatesville, TX 76528.

Requirements

Be at least 16 years of age.

Meet the physical demands of the role, including standing for an entire shift and lifting up to 55 lbs.

Responsibilities

Serve guests with friendly, attentive hospitality and accurately fulfill orders.
Prepare fresh, made-to-order food according to recipes and quality standards.
Work across customer service and food production stations to support restaurant operations.
Keep work areas stocked, clean, organized, and ready for the next rush.
Support promotions, new menu launches, and restaurant initiatives.
Collaborate with the team to provide hot food, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere.
