Atlas Franchise, one of the largest Jimmy John’s franchisees, is hiring energetic, reliable individuals to join their team. As a Jimmy John’s Team Member, you will be responsible for creating sandwiches using fresh ingredients and bread, contributing to a positive work environment. The role emphasizes excellent customer service, a people-first culture, and a focus on great food and good vibes, with no grease or grilling involved.
Requirements
- A FREAK about sandwiches
- Coachable and eager to learn
- Energetic, enthusiastic, confident, and charismatic
- Ability to memorize the Jimmy John’s menu within 14 days and pass the test
Responsibilities
- Be a role model for new team members
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Prepare sandwiches (meat pulling, veggies, baking bread)
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization
- Follow food safety, workplace safety, and equipment safety standards
- Uphold company culture and handbook policies
- Ability to memorize the Jimmy John’s menu within 30 days and pass the test
Benefits
- Starting wage is $15.00 to $17.00
- Plus In-Shop Tip Pool equals to $3-$5 additional per hour
