About The Position

The Team Lead provides friendly, courteous Family-Style Service to guests while assisting Food and Beverage Leaders with the day-to-day operations of the Restaurant.

Requirements

  • Must be 19 years of age or older to work in the Casino and serve Alcohol
  • Must have a High School diploma or GED
  • Prior experience working in a food service position
  • Proficient in English verbal and written
  • Proficient with iOS devices
  • Flexible to work various shifts, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

  • Works closely with Leadership to monitor restaurant standards and operational guidelines to ensure consistent high quality Family Style Service standards are maintained.
  • Assists leadership with accountability for front of house Team Members.
  • Resolves guest concerns, assists with difficult customer interactions, and directs customer disputes appropriately.
  • Assists leadership with work schedules (planning, assigning, and directing work) to meet business demands to ensure optimal operations and customer satisfaction during all business hours.
  • Partners with culinary team to ensure coordinated workflow of food offerings while ensuring quality of product displayed.
  • Ensures all areas of Brew Brothers are clean and in accordance with established health and safety standards.
  • Accountable for meeting or exceeding all State and Company sanitation requirements (ServSafe).
  • Ensures regulatory, internal controls and policy and procedure compliance.
  • Always maintains confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Presents oneself in a polished, professional, and service-minded way and encourages others to do the same.
  • Always presents oneself as a credit to Caesars Entertainment and encourages others to do the same.
