About The Position

The Team Lead provides friendly, courteous Family-Style Service to guests while assisting Food and Beverage Leaders with the day-to-day operations of the Restaurant.

Requirements

Must be 19 years of age or older to work in the Casino and serve Alcohol
Must have a High School diploma or GED
Prior experience working in a food service position
Proficient in English verbal and written
Proficient with iOS devices
Flexible to work various shifts, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

Works closely with Leadership to monitor restaurant standards and operational guidelines to ensure consistent high quality Family Style Service standards are maintained.
Assists leadership with accountability for front of house Team Members.
Resolves guest concerns, assists with difficult customer interactions, and directs customer disputes appropriately.
Assists leadership with work schedules (planning, assigning, and directing work) to meet business demands to ensure optimal operations and customer satisfaction during all business hours.
Partners with culinary team to ensure coordinated workflow of food offerings while ensuring quality of product displayed.
Ensures all areas of Brew Brothers are clean and in accordance with established health and safety standards.
Accountable for meeting or exceeding all State and Company sanitation requirements (ServSafe).
Ensures regulatory, internal controls and policy and procedure compliance.
Always maintains confidentiality of sensitive information.
Perform other duties as assigned.
