The position is responsible for supervising dining outlets throughout the property as business requires. This position works collaboratively with employees, leading hourly employees in assigned areas. Requirements

  • Ability to manage time well, meet imposed deadlines and ability to work flexible hours
  • The position requires the ability to lift over 50 pounds occasionally.
  • This position requires the ability to stand, walk (6-7 hours at a time), and climb stairs, reach & bend.
  • The position may require handling of liquor and/or serving so therefore the position requires the employee to be 18 years of age or older.
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Hospitality and/or banquet experience required

Responsibilities

  • Working with management to monitor staff on a daily basis.
  • Assign opening/closing and daily responsibilities to F&B Staff.
  • Oversee staff performance and communicate with management.
  • Help create weekly schedules based on volume and budget levels.
  • Supports a strong commitment to world class guest service and ensures a pleasant and enjoyable dining experience for restaurant patrons.
  • Regularly inventory and maintain all related equipment
  • Continuously strive for complete guest satisfaction – including cooperating with guests and others for last minute changes/additions.
  • May assist in serving duties when required.
