Orléans Room at The Cottonwood is looking for a passionate, energetic, and guest-focused Restaurant Supervisor to help lead the daily operations of one of Omaha’s most distinctive dining destinations. As Restaurant Supervisor, you'll partner with the Restaurant Manager to lead, train, and develop a high-performing team while ensuring seamless daily operations. You'll set the tone for hospitality excellence, coach team members to deliver outstanding service, and help create the warm, welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back for breakfast, brunch, dinner, and everything in between. Requirements

  • Proven experience as a host, server, or cashier.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management and cost control.
  • Excellent problem solving skills & ability to multi-task.
  • Prior cash handling & experience with MICROS POS system.
  • Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Proficient in MS Office and POS systems.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field preferred.
  • Supervisory experience preferred.
  • TIPS, CPR & Serve Safe certification preferred.
