The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three (3) years' experience working front of house in restaurants, strong bar, cocktail, wine and beer knowledge, previous experience as a bartender or lead bartender, and experience in creating cocktails based on seasonality and event. Previous supervisory experience is strongly preferred. Hotel experience, knowledge of scheduling and payroll is a plus!
