About The Position

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Proven experience in restaurant supervision or front-of-house management
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in POS systems and restaurant management software
Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation standards
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
Cash handling and basic accounting knowledge
Food safety certification or ability to obtain within required timeframe

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise front-of-house staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
Oversee daily restaurant operations and maintain high standards of food service and customer satisfaction
Manage and maintain the point of sale (POS) system
Monitor food presentation and service quality standards
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
Create and adjust staff schedules to optimize service efficiency
Handle customer feedback and resolve service-related issues promptly
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery
Manage inventory and cash handling procedures
Implement and maintain standard operating procedures
