Schedule: Full Time, weekend availability required. 11am-7pm shifts Is contributing to a great dining experience important to you? Are you someone who takes pride in your work? The Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for the daily operations of the front of the house, providing professional leadership and direction to dining room personnel. Hires and trains employees, under general direction of the Director of F&B.
Requirements
- A big smile, eagerness to learn, and compassion for our residents
- Comfortable with technology
- Ability to build relationships with residents, family members and guests that we serve
- Minimum requirement of high school diploma or equivalent
Nice To Haves
- College or culinary training preferred, or extensive front of the house experience
Responsibilities
- Providing suggestions and implementing ideas on improving the efficiency of service
- Maintaining and managing the point of sale system
- Overseeing front of the house labor and food presentation
- Ensuring passing scores in state, local and 3rd party sanitation audits and inspections
