About The Position

The Restaurant Supervisor / Floor Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily front-of-house operations at Beach House and Marina Bar & Grill, splitting time between both locations based on business needs. This is a hands-on leadership position focused on providing an excellent guest experience, supporting the restaurant team, maintaining service standards, and keeping operations running smoothly during busy shifts. The Floor Manager will be highly visible on the restaurant floor, working alongside servers, bartenders, hosts and other team members while assisting with guest needs, resolving service issues and ensuring both restaurants are properly staffed and prepared for service. Because both locations have outdoor and open-air operations, this position requires someone who is comfortable working outside in Florida's heat, humidity, sun, wind and occasional rain and who enjoys an active restaurant environment.
