About The Position

The Restaurant Supervisor assists the Restaurant Manager with the overall activities of the restaurant operation, focusing on the service functions of the bar and dining room. In this position you can expect to work afternoons and evening shifts and your scheduled days off likely will occur on weekdays (ie Mon-Tue or Tues-Wed for instance). You will begin accruing paid time off hours on your first day of employment and you will be eligible for many best in class benefits after reaching 90 days of employment. This position will start at $24hr.

Requirements

  • Meet minimum age and education requirements, including being 21 years of age and possessing a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Formal Food & Beverage education or equivalent hands-on industry experience, with prior leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of point-of-sale systems and accurate cash handling procedures.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, delivered in a professional manner.
  • Demonstrated leadership, interpersonal, customer service, team-building, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven ability to deliver consistent, high-quality guest service and professionally engage with guests.
  • Able to remain detail-oriented, exercise sound judgment, and perform effectively under pressure or in conflict situations.
  • Maintain a professional appearance, uphold integrity standards, and comply with regulated business requirements.
  • Capable of collaborating effectively across Food & Beverage teams, leadership groups, and related casino and hotel operations.
  • Fast paced environment, multiple tasks to be handled under time constraint.
  • Must be able to handle a heavy business volume, and sensitive situations relating to staff and guest problems, in a timely manner.
  • Requires standing, walking, bending, pushing, pulling, lifting and reaching throughout the shift.
  • Must be able to bend, twist, turn, push and pull, as well as lift and carry above/below the shoulders a minimum of 50 lbs. or more repeatedly.
  • Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift, including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrates regular and predictable attendance; arrives on time in full, clean uniform with required name tag, ID, and licenses, ready to work with a heads-up, ready-to-serve attitude.
  • Keeps personal phones “backstage” in non-guest areas.
  • Works a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
  • Support day-to-day restaurant operations in alignment with established policies, procedures, and service standards.
  • Lead by example to drive exceptional guest service, employee engagement, and team morale.
  • Build and maintain strong guest relationships through active floor presence, table touches, and service recovery.
  • Oversee cash handling, end-of-shift audits, reconciliations, and required financial documentation.
  • Train, coach, and guide team members to meet performance, service, and operational expectations.
  • Ensure compliance with health codes, safety standards, and departmental policies at all times.
  • Address and resolve food, service, or guest experience issues through collaborative problem-solving.
  • Manage staffing needs including shift meetings, section assignments, preliminary interviews, and timekeeping accuracy.
  • Support inventory, ordering, maintenance requests, administrative systems, and operations across Food & Beverage outlets as assigned.
  • Maintains clean, neat appearance and hygiene in accordance with standards.
  • Must be able to handle intoxicated guests in a professional manner and according to policy.
