Requirements

• At least one year of experience in a leadership role in Food and Beverage.
• Thorough knowledge of the Food and Beverage discipline.
• Food handler certification.
• TIPS (or equivalent) certification.
• Familiarity with health department standards.
• Passion for the hospitality industry.
• Pride in creating memorable experiences for guests.
• Flexibility to work a variety of different shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Food and Beverage Manager with the day-to-day supervision and operation of the outlets.
• Train new associates.
• Assist with scheduling.
• Interact with guests to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues.
• Assist with ordering and completing requisitions.
• Ensure that day-to-day side work is completed by associates.
