Subway, a division of Team Schierl Companies, is seeking an enthusiastic Restaurant Store Manager to lead our restaurant at 110 W Wisconsin Avenue in Oshkosh. Requirements
- Previous restaurant, retail, or hospitality management experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A passion for developing people and leading by example

Responsibilities
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant
- Coaching, developing, and motivating Associates
- Creating a positive, high-performing team culture
- Delivering exceptional Guest experiences
- Managing inventory, cash controls, scheduling, and daily reporting
- Ensuring food safety, cleanliness, and operational excellence
- Driving sales and achieving restaurant performance goals
