About The Position

Bobby’s Burgers by Bobby Flay is seeking hourly restaurant shift supervisors for our upcoming Charlotte, NC location in the SouthPark area. Hiring All Shifts. As a supervisor, you will have the opportunity to help lead the team to success in a fast-paced, fast-casual restaurant environment, creating the “Ultimate Burger Experience” for our guests. In the supervisor role, you will assist the management team in supervising all daily restaurant operations with a focus on product quality, increasing sales, and delivering a superior guest experience. Including some other areas such as inventory and training of team members. In addition, you will ensure adherence to food quality standards and safety and security procedures. The supervisor will have an important role in maintaining the restaurant’s performance and guest experience.

Requirements

  • Has open shift availability, hiring all shifts
  • Ability to effectively communicate with management team, team members, and guests.
  • Has a track record of working independently.
  • Exhibits good organizational and supervisory skills with the ability to prioritize.
  • Has good problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrates very good people skills.
  • Has good conflict management skills.
  • Has the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately, as needed.
  • 1-3 years minimum work experience in a restaurant supervisory role or other supervisory role preferred.

  • Culinary and/or some college is valued, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Uses a guest-focused approach and the desire to provide excellent guest service.
  • Interacts with a diverse population of guests and team members, ensuring superb guest service.
  • Assist the management team in: verifying daily taste and temp, opening/closing, and training standards are maintained.
  • supervising daily restaurant operations with a focus on product quality and enhancing the guest experience.
  • supervising the work of the team, including FOH and BOH areas
  • overseeing and maintaining the cleanliness and condition of the restaurant up to standard.
  • Utilizes POS and cash handling expertise in the restaurant setting.
  • Upholds compliance with all employment policies.
  • Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure its condition and food quality is up to standard.
  • Enforces appropriate security measures at the restaurant so that the safety of our team members and guests is always maintained.
  • Participates in the training and development of key team members
  • Understands, supervises, and practices safe food handling procedures.
  • Attends regular meetings as required.
