About The Position

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Restaurant Shift Manager. This entry-level management role offers a better quality of life for those who love working in a restaurant environment. As a Shift Manager, you will set the example for excellent, friendly, and upbeat customer service, leading the crew through your shift. Your responsibilities will include making subs, running the register, cleaning, scheduling, and other shift duties. We provide the training; you bring a positive attitude and leadership skills.

Requirements

• Previous restaurant experience.
• Fun yet firm when necessary.
• Up-beat.
• Leaders that motivate others.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Working knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work on occasion nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Required frequently: standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as the crew handbook.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, multi-task, balance friendliness with efficiency, and maintain focus.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers.
