About The Position

This role is for an entry-level management position as a Restaurant Shift Manager. The company is looking for individuals with a positive attitude and previous restaurant experience who can lead a crew. The job involves setting an example of excellent, friendly, and upbeat customer service, and guiding the crew through their shift. Responsibilities include making subs, running the register, cleaning, and scheduling.

Requirements

• Previous restaurant experience.
• Positive attitude.
• Fun yet firm when necessary.
• Up-beat.
• Leaders that motivate others.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Working knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work on occasion nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Required frequently: standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as the crew handbook.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, multi-task, balance friendliness with efficiency, and maintain focus.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers.
