About The Position

Boddie-Noell is seeking exceptional Restaurant Shift Leaders for Hardee's. This role involves operating the restaurant in the absence of the Senior/General Manager, assisting in achieving sales growth by maintaining high standards in quality, service, and cleanliness, with a constant focus on profitability and operating standards. The company is a family-owned Christian-based organization and the largest franchisee of Hardee’s restaurants in the United States, committed to providing opportunities for its people and being a positive influence.

Requirements

Must be 18 years or older
Must meet physical demands required of the role
Must be able to lead, recognize, and train successful talent
1 year of shift management experience
Ability to pass background check and drug screen

Responsibilities

Supervise shifts and maintain company standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
Train and develop crew under the direction of management.
Maintain a cooperative, harmonious working relationship with management and crew.
Assist with crew member duties as needed.
Conduct crew meetings prior to shift to discuss operations procedures, promotions, safety, security, training, etc.
Manage labor cost to meet company standards.
Control inventory to meet company GAP standards.
Maintain reports and records based on company standards and in compliance with state and federal regulations.
Maintain building and equipment using proper operating, cleaning, and preventive maintenance procedures.
Responsible for all cash when in charge of a shift, including bank deposits, and ensuring cash procedures are followed.
Ensure personal appearance meets company standards and displays professionalism at all times.
Ensure all HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies and procedures are recognized and enforced to provide a safe and compliant environment for all when in charge of the shift.
Consistently exhibit the actions/behaviors that best demonstrate BNE’s Vision and Values.
Perform other tasks as directed by management.
Represent Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. as a professional in every aspect of performance.
