About The Position

Boddie-Noell is seeking exceptional Restaurant Shift Leaders for Hardee's. This role involves managing and motivating team members, ensuring high standards in guest service, food quality, food safety, and cleanliness. The company is a family-owned Christian-based organization and the largest franchisee of Hardee's restaurants in the United States. Managers work alongside crew members to lead by example, resolve issues, and maintain operational excellence.

Requirements

Must be 18 years or older
Must meet physical demands required of the role
Must be able to lead, recognize, and train successful talent
1 year of shift management experience
Ability to pass background check and drug screen
Love working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Consistent and reliable

Responsibilities

Supervise shifts and maintain company standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
Train and develop crew members under the direction of management.
Maintain a cooperative and harmonious working relationship with management and crew.
Assist with crew member duties as needed.
Conduct crew meetings prior to shift to discuss operations, promotions, safety, security, and training.
Manage labor costs to meet company standards.
Control inventory to meet company GAP standards.
Maintain reports and records in compliance with state and federal regulations.
Maintain building and equipment using proper operating, cleaning, and preventive maintenance procedures.
Responsible for all cash when in charge of a shift, including bank deposits, and ensuring cash procedures are followed.
Ensure personal appearance meets company standards and displays professionalism.
Ensure all HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies and procedures are enforced to provide a safe and compliant environment.
