Requirements

Excellent guest service skills
Comfortable taking direction and delegating to others
Thrives in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, strong work ethic
Clear communicator who keeps the team in the loop
Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
At least 18 years of age

Responsibilities

Delegate duties and fairly assign tasks so Team Members are set up for success with every guest
Build a strong team environment by recognizing individual and team wins
Follow inventory control procedures and guidelines
Uphold all Capriotti's procedures for cash handling, sanitation, and safety/security to protect Team Members and guests every shift
Help manage labor costs during your shift
Lead with integrity and honesty, promoting Capriotti's values and culture
Stay proficient in every area of shop operations so you can jump in wherever needed
Keep the shop clean and organized — dining room, restrooms, cold station, grill, and prep areas all set up and broken down properly
Work as a team to prep for every shift
Manage your time effectively to hit all job responsibilities
Keep the vibe positive for Team Members and guests all shift long
