This role is responsible for restaurant operations, including driving and building sales and profitability. The manager will ensure that each guest has a highly satisfying dining experience, characterized by excellent service and adherence to standards. The position involves providing direction, training, and coaching to team members, while understanding and demonstrating O’Charley’s standards, policies, and procedures, including the Vision of “A Passion to Serve” and the Mission of focusing on guests, colleagues, stakeholders, and communities.
