About The Position

Prestonwood Country Club's Red Fox Restaurant is looking for enthusiastic Restaurant Servers to join their team. As a Restaurant Server, you will play an important role in creating an exceptional experience for members and guests by providing friendly, attentive, and personalized service. You will take food and beverage orders, enter them into the POS system, and deliver them promptly. Collaboration with servers, kitchen staff, bartenders, and managers is key, as is anticipating member needs and maintaining a clean and organized dining environment. This is a full-time and part-time opportunity with a pay range of $16-$20 per hour, based on experience. The club is a no-tipping establishment, offering a higher hourly wage instead.

Requirements

1–3 years of a la carte serving experience preferred
A friendly, positive, and professional attitude
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Ability to carry food trays and lift as needed
Availability to work a combination of days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Nice To Haves

Bartending experience is a plus!
POS experience is helpful, but not required—we'll train you!
