About The Position

The Waitstaff will be responsible for greeting customers, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They should have experience in a fine dining and upscale restaurant. A warm friendly smile is a must as well as a willingness to learn and perfect the etiquette needed to complete our guests' exceptional dining experience as well as work as a team to create a pleasant dining experience.

Requirements

• Experience as wait staff, server, or in a similar role preferred.
• Experience operating a cash register and using ordering systems.
• Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude and be a team player.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Good physical condition.

Responsibilities

• Taking orders for food and drinks from customers, potentially using a point-of-sale system.
• Serving food and drinks to customers, possibly carrying trays.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and ambience of the dining areas.
• Handling cash and credit card transactions.
• Answering customer questions about the menu and daily specials.
• Offering menu suggestions and assisting customers with choices.
• Checking on customers to ensure they are enjoying their meals and addressing any issues.
