The Restaurant Server will be responsible for taking food and beverage orders, retrieving and serving alcoholic, non-alcoholic beverages, and food orders to guest tables according to hotel specifications, courteously and efficiently. This role also involves collecting payments and assisting in the maintenance of the restaurant area and equipment. The server must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts, and ensure compliance with and completion of all daily operational procedures by the Food and Beverage Department. Maintaining food and beverage safety and quality based on hotel, Shaner, and Franchise specifications is also a key responsibility, along with ensuring communication with General Manager, all other Department Managers, Supervisors and Staff. Other duties may be assigned.
