We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months related experience and/or training preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Food Safety and Sanitation certification required.
• Alcohol Awareness certification required.
• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English may be required to perform job duties.
• Must meet state age requirements for serving alcoholic beverages.
• Working knowledge of POS systems.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Provides immediate and attentive service to guests upon seating.
• Describes daily specials, answers menu questions, and offers recommendations when appropriate.
• Takes accurate food and beverage orders and delivers items promptly after preparation.
• Follows up with guests to ensure satisfaction and replenishes items as needed.
• Participates in pre-shift meetings and menu tastings.
• Maintains an organized workstation and completes assigned side work duties.
• Sets up and breaks down golf service stations at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Accurately processes guest checks and cash transactions using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Follows established procedures for order taking, placement, and delivery.
• Adheres to service standards for greeting guests, cocktail service, food delivery, and overall hospitality.
• Provides tray service for all food and beverage items.
• Cross-trains and assists in bartending duties as required.
• Practices all safety and sanitation standards in daily responsibilities.
• Operates golf carts as needed; valid driver’s license required.
• Maintains regular and reliable attendance.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
