The Restaurant Server is responsible for providing fast and courteous service of food and beverages to members, ensuring quality of food and beverage presentation per established standards. They will alert management of any service and/or safety issues and make appropriate service recovery gestures to ensure member satisfaction. The role involves preparing food and beverages, presenting food according to health and presentation standards, greeting members, taking orders, and clearing tables efficiently. Additionally, servers are responsible for maintaining cleanliness of tables, chairs, walls, windows, mirrors, and floors, performing side-work, and ensuring wait staff stations are clean and maintained throughout the shift.
