About The Position

The Brewhouse Inn and Suites in Milwaukee, WI is looking for talented people to join our team as part time Restaurant Servers in our restaurant, On Tap. We offer flexible work schedules, and for those interested, cross-training in a variety of positions and the opportunity to learn the hotel industry. As a Server on our team, you will complete a variety of tasks which will include: Greet guests, present them with menu and inform guests about the specials of the day. Take food and beverage orders from the guest on the order taking pads or on the handheld Point of Sale (POS) system. Serve food and beverage to the guest as per the course of order. Maintain proper dining experience, deliver items, fulfill customer needs, offer desserts and drinks, remove courses, replenish utensils, refill glasses. Obtain revenues, issue receipts and accept payments. Perform basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed by supervisor. Coordinate with the restaurant team, kitchen staff, and bar staff to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction. The position is ideal for someone with the following experience and qualities: Previous experience as a restaurant server. Excellent customer service skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Dependability and regular attendance. Ability to work evenings and weekends. Requirements
- Previous experience as a restaurant server.
