About The Position

The Restaurant Server within our Troon Grill will provide exceptional service to members and guests in a prompt, courteous and knowledgeable manner to ensure a pleasurable dining experience while maintaining the highest level of professionalism.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age and eligible to obtain an alcohol pouring permit from the City of Johns Creek
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift or carry heavy trays as needed
Strong team player with a positive attitude and the ability to build collaborative working relationships

Nice To Haves

Previous serving experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right candidate

Responsibilities

Support the mission and uphold the core values of the Atlanta Athletic Club (AAC) through dedicated service
Warmly greet each member and their guests with a smile and a welcoming attitude
Maintain a thorough understanding of all menu items and beverage selections
Share daily specials with members and provide thoughtful recommendations when requested
Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
Deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring all member requests are met promptly and professionally
Keep the dining area clean, organized, and presentable throughout the shift
Foster a spirit of teamwork by assisting fellow staff members on the floor and with side duties
Develop proficiency in the Jonas POS system to ensure seamless service
Consistently follow AAC’s standard procedures for tableside service
Complete all required opening and closing side work during each shift
Offer support to other departments and assist with club functions or special events as needed
