About The Position

Requirements

• 2+ years previous serving experience in a high-end restaurant preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in POS systems.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Food Handler and RBS certifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them through the menu offerings.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar.
• Serve meals and drinks promptly and professionally.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down service areas.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow.
