Requirements
- Professional and positive attitude towards guests and associates
- Punctuality and reliability
- Be knowledgeable on hotel facility and services to assist guests
- Customer service
- Process checks and payments in compliance with policies and procedures
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Work in a fast-paced environment
- Stand and walk for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- High school education or related experience
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests with a friendly, welcoming demeanor
- Provide knowledgeable menu guidance and answer customer questions
- Take orders accurately and deliver food and beverages in a timely manner
- Monitor and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their visit
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations
