About The Position
Located on the beautiful shores of Lake of the Ozarks, The Lodge of Four Seasons is known for exceptional hospitality, memorable dining experiences, and creating lasting impressions for guests from around the world. We are seeking energetic, guest-focused AM Servers to join our Food & Beverage team. As a Server, you'll help guests start their day with outstanding service, delicious food, and genuine hospitality. Requirements
- Previous restaurant, hospitality, customer service, or food service experience preferred but not required
- Positive attitude and genuine passion for hospitality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport with guests and create memorable experiences
- Ability to multitask and remain composed during busy service periods
- Basic math and cash-handling skills
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices preferred
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays as business needs require
- English communication skills required
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide exceptional hospitality from arrival to departure
- Prepare dining areas and tables to ensure cleanliness and readiness for service
- Present menus and answer questions regarding menu items, ingredients, and daily specials
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver food and beverages while ensuring presentation and quality standards are met
- Verify identification for guests purchasing alcoholic beverages
- Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, pricing, preparation methods, and promotions
- Process guest payments accurately and handle cash and credit card transactions
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and restaurant team members to ensure smooth service
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
- Support teammates and contribute to a positive guest experience
