About The Position

We’re looking for Servers to join our team at Batley’s Grill & Bar in Neenah, WI and help us create memorable moments for every guest! As a Server, you’ll deliver exceptional service, take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure every guest leaves with a smile. Your attention to detail, teamwork skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment will make you a valuable part of our team, working closely with fellow servers, kitchen staff, and management. Must be 18 or older in order to serve alcoholic beverages.

Requirements

Previous serving experience preferred, but we’re happy to train candidates with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Must be 18 years or older to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests warmly and professionally.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely delivery.
Answer questions and make recommendations on menu items, daily specials, and promotions.
Ensure each order meets quality standards before serving.
Anticipate and promptly respond to guests’ needs.
Clear and reset tables for incoming guests; assist with cleaning duties as needed.
Work effectively as part of a team and communicate well with kitchen staff for smooth service.
Complete side duties and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
