Requirements

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and take food and beverage orders efficiently, following established service steps.
Deliver food promptly and professionally, adhering to safe food handling and sanitation standards.
Follow up with guests to ensure all needs are met.
Demonstrate complete understanding of menu items and ingredients, advising guests on food and drink pairings.
Accommodate reasonable guest requests and note preferences, including knowledge of specialized diets and allergens.
Communicate with back-of-the-house staff to ensure accurate order delivery and special request fulfillment.
Exhibit exceptional communication skills and the ability to work well with others, remaining flexible and patient.
Collect tickets and follow proper cash-handling procedures.
Promote a clean, safe, and neat environment for guests.
Maintain sensitivity and confidentiality regarding personal or medical information.
Address complaints or issues promptly and relay relevant information to a supervisor.
Ensure the dining room is properly set up before and after service, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards.
Operate various equipment, including fire extinguishers, telephones, beverage machines, soup wells, and coffee machines.
Collaborate with staff from other departments during special events and functions.
Perform other duties as assigned.
