Morning Restaurant Server
About The Position
The Courtyard by Marriott Bistro Counter is seeking a PART TIME Breakfast Server for a flexible schedule, working from 6 AM to 10 AM. This role involves making and serving coffee drinks, light cooking, and cashier duties. The server will become fully trained in all areas of "The Bistro" and perfect service. Responsibilities include presenting menus, informing guests of specials, verifying age for alcohol purchases, and maintaining knowledge of menu options, preparation methods, and ingredients. The server will communicate orders to the kitchen accurately, listen to guests, and anticipate their needs. Duties also include collecting dishes, delivering room service, and assisting in upholding safety policies. The role requires assisting team members and other departments for operational efficiency, maintaining cleanliness and inventories, and performing additional duties as assigned by leadership.

- Attentively listen to guests and anticipate any additional needs or concerns
- Collect used dishes and glasses from tables and other public areas
- Deliver room service orders
- Assist in monitoring and upholding policies and procedures for safety of guests and team members
- Assist team members and other departments as needed to contribute to operational efficiency
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and appropriate inventories throughout the department
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership
