About The Position

We are looking for someone who has a desire to help others by providing exceptional customer service to our guests and takes pride in their work. Requirements
- High energy, exceptional customer service and ability to work as a team.
- Minimum of Three Years Fine dining serving or bartending experience.
- Strong verbal communication skills to be able serve guests and accurately follow instructions.
- Commitment to work 40 hours per week.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to include early morning, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to repetitively stand, walk, bend, kneel, and ascend and descend stairs and lift over 20 pounds.
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
Responsibilities
- Greet all guests in a polite and professional manner.
- Ensure guests receive 5-star service by being attentive and efficient during service.
- Have a thorough knowledge of the specials of the day and be able to elegantly describe the ingredients, methods of preparation and flavors of each special.
- Ascertain a guest's satisfaction and handle any problem, which may arise, informing a manager of the problem and how it was resolved.
- Enter all orders in the restaurant's computer system.
