Requirements

Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Dependable, punctual, and a team player.
Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
Must be at least 19 years of age or older to serve alcohol in Idaho.

Nice To Haves

Previous restaurant serving experience is preferred but not required-we're happy to train the right person.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude.
Provide exceptional customer service from greeting to payment.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring order accuracy.
Make menu and beverage recommendations, including beer selections.
Monitor guest satisfaction and respond quickly to requests.
Process payments accurately.
Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to provide an outstanding dining experience.
Assist with opening, closing, and side work as assigned.
