Requirements

Strong attention to detail in all cleaning and maintenance tasks.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining organization.
Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures.
Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift objects, and perform repetitive tasks.
Availability for early mornings, evenings, or weekends depending on shift schedules.
A strong commitment to maintaining health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, glassware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment.
Properly store clean dishes, utensils, glassware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment in designated areas.
Regularly clean kitchen surfaces, counters, sinks, stoves, and food prep areas.
Sweep and mop kitchen floors.
Dispose of trash and recycling according to company procedures.
Monitor and ensure dishwashing detergent, cleaning supplies, and equipment are stocked and functioning properly.
Keep storage rooms, hallways, and common areas clean and well-organized.
Report any plumbing, equipment, or facility concerns to management.
