About The Position

Our Restaurant / Entertainment Managers help bring the vision of bowling, arcade games, amazing parties, and delicious food to life every day for guests of their centers. This role is an active one where you’re on your feet, coordinating multiple team members, and problem-solving in real time. The Restaurant / Entertainment Manager assists the General Manager with all aspects of the center and its management. In the General Manager’s absence, they assume responsibility for all center and floor management, from entertainment to Food & Beverage to the property and its equipment as a whole. Amid all their day-to-day, our Restaurant / Entertainment Managers maintain an unwavering commitment to guest satisfaction and a dedication to developing the team’s hourly staff. Requirements

  • 2+ Years of Management Experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • The ability to supervise center operations staff
  • Strong Team Player
  • Exceptional “People Developer”
  • Customer Service Pro
  • Knowledge of POS register systems
  • An ability to work varying shifts, from weekends to holidays, in addition to extended workdays as needed by your center.

Responsibilities

  • Be a champion for our guests, consistently delivering exceptional service, soliciting valuable feedback, and actively addressing and resolving guest complaints.
  • Continually hone operational execution; schedule staffing levels to meet your center’s needs and maximize the guest experience.
  • Capitalize on all business opportunities in your market area by executing marketing strategies to drive sales (leagues, open play bowling, etc.).
  • Develop and maintain a good relationship with league bowlers and officers to help grow league business; adhere to league formats, distribute league announcements, and perform other administrative duties associated with leagues.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and schedule a talented team of hourly center staff.
  • Lead the team and influence them through effective motivation; leverage the individual strengths of team members to ensure guest satisfaction and maximize center productivity; delegate tasks.
  • Oversee the management and expansion of the center’s Food & Beverage program, ensuring the highest quality standards and exceptional guest satisfaction in dining offerings. Provide ongoing training and supervision to ensure consistent execution of corporate initiatives and standards, fostering a thriving sales culture.
  • Fill in for the center’s General Manager as needed.
  • Support the center through extended workdays, in addition to working nights, weekends, and holidays.
