About The Position

The Restaurant Operations Manager is responsible for the overall management of all customer relationships and daily operations of multiple outlets on property.

Requirements

  • Strong managerial skills.
  • Knowledge of banquet services and sales.
  • Knowledge of food cost and labor analysis.
  • Ability to train and motivate personnel.
  • Ability to communicate well among staff both written and verbal.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Five years of experience in food service industry, minimum two years in Banquet/Catering function.

Nice To Haves

  • College Degree in Hospitality/Business Management preferred.
  • Preferred or equivalent years of industry related experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manages the execution and detailing of all food operation functions to ensure delivery of an exceptional customer service experience.
  • Manages and oversees the daily operations of restaurants
  • Analyzes and evaluates food and beverage management and profit and loss statement information to determine alternate courses of action.
  • Monitors proper staffing levels in order to provide high standards of service.
  • Monitors appearance of food served and communicates deviations from standard.
  • Responsible for the administration of controls in all of the managed areas to ensure economical and profitable established standards are maintained.
  • Co-manages the Food Operations Team in conjunction with the Beverage Department.
  • Responsible for ensuring the proper movement and set-up of all equipment needed.
  • Responsible for the creation and administering of standard procedures, trainings, and corrective discipline
  • Assigns Daily Tasks to staff to ensure successful guest experiences
  • Counsels, guides and instructs personnel in the proper performance of their duties.
  • Maintains and instructs assigned personnel on safety policies and procedures and follows up to ensure that hazards are eliminated.
  • Prepares and coordinates the periodic performance reviews of assigned personnel.
  • Acts as a role model to other employees and always presents oneself as a credit to Caesars.
