This role requires someone who loves working in a fast-paced, multi-faceted Restaurant/Entertainment scene, can communicate with Team Members and Guests in a way that inspires FUN, and enjoys immediate gratification from making someone's experience better or inspiring their team. The ideal candidate can handle high-volume days, works an average of 50-hour work weeks, and can oversee all aspects of the business from minor details to the big picture.
