Requirements
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Experience managing labor, food costs, and operational performance
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Valid driver's license
- ServSafe Certification (or ability to obtain)
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays

- Full-service restaurant experience
- Experience hiring, training, and developing hourly employees
- Strong understanding of P&L performance and cost controls
- Experience managing multiple shifts and high-volume operations
Responsibilities
- Lead daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts
- Coach, develop, and supervise front-of-house and back-of-house team members
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and brand standards
- Drive guest satisfaction by resolving concerns and creating memorable experiences
- Monitor labor, food costs, waste, inventory, and cash controls
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and retention efforts
- Conduct restaurant inspections and operational walk-throughs
- Manage ordering, inventory counts, and vendor deliveries
- Complete administrative duties including audits, employee documentation, and reporting
- Step into operational roles when needed to support the team and maintain service standards
